This series of self-paced online training modules qualifies field technicians for technical phone support from BTC POWER.

These modules are also a pre-requisite for technicians to attend our three-day Instructor Led in-person training course.

Online Certification is valid for two years.

  • $250 or included as benefit and pre-requisite to in-person led training
  • 5+ Hours of self-paced material
  • Re-certification required after two years
  • There is no additional cost during your two-year certification as new training modules are released.
  • You must take any new modules released during your two-year certification period to maintain certification.
  • The two-year certification begins at your enrollment in the online training. 
  • This pre-requisite must be completed for the Instructor Led In-Person Training.
